Each order is hand made, shipped fresh and does not contain any gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, soy or added sugar.  We use only naturally healthy ingredients including organic buckwheat flakes, organic brown rice and organic corn flakes, loaded with omegas, fiber and protein.  We add a generous blend of brazil nuts, almonds, pepita seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans, cashews and macadamia nuts. Dried papaya pieces (with no sulfites or sugar) and raisins for a natural kiss of sweetness. 

Karmic Krunch is sweetened with organic agave nectar which is a low Glycemic Index sweetener (meaning low conversion to glucose) and will not elevate the sugar level in your body.
